A private spa villa in Shiroka Laka, in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains, Bulgaria – with an outdoor hot tub, a Finnish Harvia sauna, a fireplace and mountain views. You rent the whole house for your group only, with no reception and no other guests.

Up to 8 guests. There are 2 bedrooms with 160×200 cm beds, 2 sofa-bed armchairs (80×190 cm) and a sofa bed (140×200 cm) in the living room. The house is 130 m².

Yes – the outdoor hot tub is yours only and works all year round. The water is 36–40°C and it is already heated when you arrive. In the evening, with snow all around, it is the best moment of the day.

A Finnish Harvia sauna on the ground floor with a shower inside. It heats up quickly, and bathrobes and towels are provided.

Yes – a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, air fryer, coffee machine with Lavazza coffee), a dining table for 8 and a gas barbecue with an outdoor table for 8. Gas is included in the price.

Yes. The heat-pump underfloor heating and the air conditioning are controlled remotely, so the house is warm when you arrive. There is also a fireplace – firewood is provided.

Yes – fast free Wi-Fi, 3 55" TVs with Netflix and HBO Max, and a Bluetooth speaker.

Just 5 km to the Stoykite – Snezhanka gondola lift, the newest and most modern lift in Pamporovo. Almost all ski runs start from Snezhanka peak.

You get a whole house with a hot tub, sauna and fireplace for your group only, 5 km from the lift – and after skiing the day ends in the quiet of the most beautiful village in the Rhodopes instead of a busy resort.

Yes – sauna, hot tub under the stars and a fireplace, completely private. The price is for the whole villa, whether you are two or four.

Yes – up to 8 people, with two bedrooms, a table for eight inside and in the barbecue area, and a washer and dryer.

Yes, but the villa is completely self-contained – there are no staff or lifeguards. The hot tub, stairs and terraces are your responsibility, so young children must be supervised at all times. The bedrooms are on the first floor (upstairs).

No, pets are not allowed in the villa.

Not inside the house – there are smoke detectors. Smoking is allowed on the terraces and in the garden.

From 150 € per night for the whole villa for up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is +30 € per night (up to 8). Cleaning is 115 € once per stay. Prices depend on the season, and on public holidays there is one price for the whole house.

The whole villa, hot tub, sauna, barbecue gas, firewood, coffee, bed linen, towels and bathrobes, Wi-Fi, heating, parking, tourist tax and VAT. Only cleaning is paid separately – 115 € per stay.

Because you pay no Airbnb or Booking.com commission – the same villa and the same dates for a lower price.

By card online when booking (via Stripe) – the full amount is paid and the confirmation arrives immediately by email. Bank transfer is also possible if you contact us before booking.

Once a booking is made, the amount paid is not refunded. A change of dates is possible only with our approval and subject to availability.

Yes, it depends on the season – see the table on the “Prices & Terms” page. The booking system shows the exact price and conditions for your dates.

Yes – we offer gift vouchers for a stay, valid for 2 years. They are bought online and arrive as a PDF by email.

On your own, without waiting for anyone. After payment you receive a door code and a guest guide by email. Check-in after 15:00, check-out by 11:00.

Depending on availability and for an extra charge. Late check-out until 18:00. Please write to us in advance.

Yes – parking is right below the house, about 10 metres from the entrance. The villa is on a slope, so the last few metres are on foot.

About 3 hours: Trakia motorway to the Tsalapitsa exit, then via Krichim and past the Tsankov Kamak dam to Shiroka Laka. The road has been renovated and is in excellent condition.

No – a 3-minute walk from the centre of Shiroka Laka, with shops and restaurants.

The village itself is an architectural and folklore reserve and one of the 100 National Tourist Sites of Bulgaria. The Devil’s Throat and Yagodina caves are 30 km away; nearby are the Trigrad Gorge, the Smolyan Lakes, the Smolyan Planetarium and the mineral pools near Devin.

Hiking and eco trails, the caves, mineral baths, the bike park in Pamporovo – and via the new road through Rudozem, the Aegean beaches in Greece are about 3 hours away.

Yes – Shiroka Laka has shops where you will find almost everything, and restaurants a few minutes’ walk away. We recommend the Rodopchani restaurant.

The Pesponedelnik kukeri (mummers) festival in Shiroka Laka (first Sunday of March) and the National Bagpipers’ Festival in the neighbouring village of Gela (first weekend of August). Book early for these dates.
