About the villa
Rhodope stone, old wooden beams and modern comfort – in the most beautiful village of the Rhodopes. The whole villa is yours, and the forest is right next to you – surrounded by pine trees, silence and mountain air. No reception and no waiting for a key: you arrive at a warm house, and the hot tub is already hot.
Living room, dining and kitchen
The heart of the house: stone walls, wooden beams and a fireplace, with a table that seats all eight. The kitchen is fully equipped, and from this floor you step out onto both terraces.
Two bedrooms
Quiet, warm bedrooms with high ceilings and mountain views. Magniflex mattresses, fresh linen and bathrobes make for slow mornings – just as a holiday should be.
Harvia Finnish sauna
A designer sauna on the ground floor that heats up fast and is ready minutes after you switch it on. There is a shower inside – a real spa ritual without leaving the house.
Open-air hot tub
A hot tub at 36–40°C, heated and waiting for you when you arrive. In the evening, with the lights of the village and the dark forest around you – the best moment of the day.
Two terraces with a view
The ground floor opens onto two terraces. One has a soft sofa and motorised awnings – for morning coffee and afternoon rest. The other is the barbecue area: a gas barbecue and a table for eight under the open sky, looking out over the Rhodopes.

Location
A 3-minute walk from the centre of Shiroka Laka – a protected architectural village with cobbled streets and stone bridges, shops and restaurants.
Questions
Is there parking?
Yes – parking right below the house, about 10 metres from the entrance. The villa is on a slope, so the last few metres are on foot.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes, but the villa is completely self-contained – there are no staff or lifeguards. The hot tub, stairs and terraces are your responsibility, so young children must be supervised at all times.
Will it be warm in winter?
Yes. The heat-pump underfloor heating and the air conditioning are controlled remotely – when you arrive, the house will be warm and the hot tub heated. For a cosy evening there is also a fireplace with firewood provided.
How does check-in work?
On your own, without waiting for anyone. After booking you will receive a code for the smart lock and detailed instructions. Check-in after 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Depending on availability. Late check-out until 18:00 is possible for an extra charge. Please write to us in advance.
What is the cancellation policy?
Once a booking is made, the amount paid is not refunded. Please check your dates carefully before booking.
How far are the ski slopes?
The new gondola lift in Stoykite – the most modern lift in Pamporovo – is just 5 km away. After skiing, the day ends in the sauna and hot tub.
